All media representatives should contact Brad Pietz, Director of Marketing, at 870-972-3870 or via email at bpietz@astate.edu no later than two weeks in advance of the concert or show for photo or media passes. Some shows even require 30 day advance request.
Requests for media interviews should also be sent to Brad Pietz via email to bpietz@astate.edu, no later than 30 days prior to a show, event, or concert. Actually, the optimal time to receive media interviews with artists or entertainers is just prior to tickets going on sale.
