Unless an event is sold out, tickets may be purchased on the night of a show upstairs at the red ticket window in the Upper Red Entrance. If you purchased tickets online or via phone that have been placed in Will Call, the Will Call window is located at the Central Box Office in the Lower Red Entrance of the Convocation Center.
